il Sandalo retail store locations and Online Store returns policy for non-worn merchandise with receipt is as follows: store credit or exchange only within 15 days of purchase. For custom orders: no returns, exchanges or refunds, however, custom fit adjustments are available. If custom fit adjustments are available, please mail your sandals to:
